Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Implementation Programmes Finance Lead Salary: Circa £70,000 (DOE) Location: Hertfordshire (Hybrid working, 2-3 days on-site) Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK National required Join a leading defence organisation and play a key role in transforming Programmes Finance through the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. As the Finance Lead, you will work with cross-functional teams to shape and harmonise finance processes across the UK and the wider group. This is a unique opportunity to lead the design and integration of cutting-edge financial systems that will drive efficiency and innovation for the future. Key Responsibilities: Lead UK Programmes Finance through the SAP S/4HANA implementation. Work with systems integrators to ensure business requirements are met. Coordinate testing, address defects, and support the development of a “Golden Data Set.” Serve as the primary contact for UK Programmes Finance within the project, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged. Present progress and decisions to senior management. Integrate with new Programmes Finance Planning Tool (BPC). What We’re Looking For: Strong knowledge of long-term contract finance processes in SAP. Experience in Programmes Finance and pre-contract processes. Comfortable driving change and making key decisions. Proactive in an international environment.
