Job Title: Floor Layer

Intrepid Global is seeking a skilled Floor Layer to join our team for a permanent position specializing in fitting wet room floors. If you have a passion for quality workmanship and experience with flat laying and ply sheeting, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Install flooring in wet rooms, ensuring high standards of quality and precision.
• Utilize flat lay techniques to achieve a smooth, professional finish.
• Apply ply sheeting as necessary to ensure proper subfloor preparation.
• Collaborate effectively with other trades on site to complete projects on time.
• Maintain compliance with safety and quality regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in floor laying, particularly in wet room installations.
• Strong knowledge of flat lay and ply sheeting techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
