Safety & Wellbeing CoordinatorDerbyshire office basedMonday Friday9am 5.30pmUp to £36,000 plus exceptional benefitsIf you would like to take control of the initiatives behind H&S and wellbeing as well as implement and monitor new strategy for an award winning FMCG, this is the role for you.You will need to work autonomously, be project minded and results focused as well as an exceptional communicator to succeed in this role!You will also be required to travel so driving licence is essentialJob role / dutiesAssist with implementing, monitoring & reviewing H&S strategy and procedureConduct and report on risk assessments, site safety plans and safe working practicesAnalyse safety performance and report /feedback to head of departmentEnsure any concerns raised are actioned promptlyWork with the SMT to manage and develop the Global Safety Framework.Help to conduct TNAs for employees to identify and assist with the delivery of trainingProactively carry out workplace Health & Safety inspectionsEnsure managers are supported with investigations and necessary steps to prevent reoccurrenceCollate and present Health & Safety reports and statistical performance dataKeep up to date with current Health & Safety legislation.Develop & maintain effective communication with all colleaguesTaking an active role in promoting initiatives to improve wellbeing & Health & SafetyConduct safety meetings as required.To be considered for this role you MUSTPossess a working knowledge of incident investigationEnjoy working in a fast-paced environmentHave exceptional written & verbal communication and presentation skillsBe innovative in seeking solutionsBe approachable, a good listener and customer focusedBe proactive and able to set clear objectives as well as confront unacceptable behaviourHave a positive and enthusiastic attitudeThis role is based in the UK and does not have sponsorship opportunityTo apply please call Jayne on 01952 453023 or apply on line.
