Amazon is seeking a business-oriented Program Manager for the MultiusePrograms team to support the planning, integration, scoping and projectcontrol for the new business lines of our EU Sort Center Network. Suitablecandidates will have solid level of ownership and be highly motivatedcandidates who have ProjectProgramChange Management experience. The role will understand the new supply chain business lines and will beresponsible for leading end to end the piloting, scale up, expansion andintegration of this new business line into the organization by coordinating amulti-disciplinary team, establishing program management mechanisms to layoutintegration plans, creation of new procedures and change management strategieswith the goal of establishing the new business line as business as usualwithin the organizational processes. Candidate needs to be a strongcollaborator with different functional teams and people working acrossmultiple locations, teams and functions. This opportunity combines change management, scheduling, planning, projectmanagement, logistics processes knowledge, facilities management, and programmanagement. It requires a person who can show proven ability in the programand change management fields, excels in communications skills at all levels,is able to organize and create processes where they don’t exist (highambiguity) and is capable of creating and implementing governance frameworksthat allow the stakeholders to operate towards the goal. Key job responsibilities • Own and coordinate multiple new business lines programs integration end toend. • Standardize processes, timelines, dependencies. • Be a governance facilitator that maintains structure, procedures andstandard ways of working that follow a common language for project and programdelivery. • Build mechanisms to identify risk in a sustainable and scalable way, as wellas lead the communication with the business and related stakeholders toidentify mitigations or solutions. • Develop, evaluate and simplify current working procedures and improveorganization team structure and document tracking. • Communicate project status, drive and elevate decision-making, resolveescalation issues between the teams and help requests. • Ability to understand Operational processes. • Lead a team of program managers, with the ability to structure the portfolioand the functions. • Create innovative solutions using data and research to address widerchallenges in your organization • Take a big-picture approach in your analysis of business operations, drivingimprovements across a range of teams and organizations • Work alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvementprogrammes, seeing them through from start to finish • Enhance operational performance on every program in partnership with yourstakeholders A day in the life As Program Manager, you’ll drive and manage the implementation of creative,data-driven change in Amazon, leading improvement projects and programs.You’ll use strategic thinking to define and implement an efficient projectplan. Some managers are based on-site while others work remotely, depending onthe most suitable option for their team and tasks. Senior Program Managers have significant responsibilities, and you’ll dealwith complex challenges with creativity, innovation, and leadership. With aresponsibility extending beyond process improvements, you could alsocontribute to improving other areas of the business, like diversity, equity,and inclusion. And we use the expertiseof our people to get packages to their destination – quickly, conveniently andsustainably. ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS• University Degree, Engineering, Supply Chain, Economics or BusinessAdministration. • Experience in development and implementation of large scale, complexprojects. • Change management experience • Project program management experience. • MS Excel, MS Project or another project management tool • Proficient English Level - Verbal and Written • Experience in supply chain operations, logistics or similar • Experience in governance risk and compliance. ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred qualifications are not required to apply for a position at Amazon.If you have all the basic qualifications above, we’d love to hear from you. • MBA or Master’s Degree or other advanced degree in Supply chain, Engineeringor related field. • PMP Prince certification. • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or similar • SQLTableauPowerBI knowledge is a strong plus. • Lean or Six Sigma GreenBlack Belt certification • Relevant experience working in a supply chain, logistics, or operationsenvironment • Experience in conceptualizing and implementing operational or supply-chainmanagement improvements Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
