Our client who is a private practice firm covering the SE region and located in Kent are actively growing and looking to engage with Building Surveyors who are considering a move. Building Surveyor duties: Working across all sectors, the role will involve the undertaking of an array of building surveying services in particular: Planned/Reactive Maintenance Defect Analysis Pre-Acquisition Surveys Dilapidations Party Wall Maters Insurance Reinstatement Cost Assessments Bank Funded Construction & Development Monitoring Contract Administration CDM Co-Ordination Project Management Use of Pro-MapAs with all surveying roles we are looking for candidates with: Good organisational skills and an eye for detail. Interest in areas such as building regs and health and safety legislation.In return you will have a broad role, be part of a fantastic friendly team, with scope to continue to grow and develop.
