Site Manager – High End Fit Out / Interiors & Exterior Stone Are you a Site Manager with experience in stonework, looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Site Manager to oversee a variety of high-end interior and exterior natural stone projects. You will work with Tier 1 contractors, developers, and fit-out companies, managing on-site operations for projects from start to finish, focusing on high-end fit-out and stone/marble installation. Projects range from £1m to £4m, offering the chance to lead prestigious developments and work with top industry names. Responsibilities: Manage on-site operations for high-end fit-out and stone/marble installation projects, with values up to £4 million Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met Ensure health & safety regulations are followed on-site and that all necessary risk assessments are completed Monitor site progress, keeping the project team updated on key milestones and any potential issues Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets client specifications and industry standards Maintain detailed site records, including progress reports and safety documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and site teams What We Are Looking For: Proven experience as a Site Manager in high-end fit-out, tiling, or stone projects Experience in managing masonry, natural stone, architectural stonework, paving, or stone refurbishment projects Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate site teams Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in site management software and Microsoft Office Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure Professional, enthusiastic, and self-motivated In Return: Salary up to £60,000 Yearly employee profit share scheme Travel expenses 21 days holiday + bank holidays NEST pension scheme This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career as a Site Manager in the high-end fit-out and natural stone sector, working on prestigious projects with leading industry contractors.
