Senior Quantity Surveyor - Oxfordshire We are currently assisting a reputable regional main contractor in their search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor on schemes in and around the Oxfordshire area. Our client specialise in education, health care, residential, commercial, retail & leisure schemes up to £100million+. Job role: Senior Quantity Surveyor Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + package (DOE) Duration: Permanent Location: Oxfordshire Senior Quantity Surveyor responsibilities: Prepare tender and contract documents. Estimate material quantities, costs, labour, etc. Undertake cost analysis. Arrange payments and value completed works. Senior Quantity Surveyor Knowledge and skills: Strong communication skills Experience working for a tier 1/2 main contractor Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Management role Knowledge of construction and commercial awareness To apply please submit your CV and our team will contact you.
