Here at Grandir UK, we are currently looking for an
Early Years Compliance Specialist
to complete early years regulatory audits across allocated nurseries to ensure regulatory compliance and address any areas of non-compliance.
What will you be doing: You will support the Nursery Manager and staff team to take any necessary corrective action and address gaps in knowledge and skill through training and coaching. This includes nurseries acquired by Grandir UK that are integrating into the company. We trust you to help us remain compliant, be influential in ensuring safe and positive environments for children and to minimise business risk. The successful applicant will be supporting our nurseries in London and the South West.
Essential Qualification: Minimum of a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years and Childcare Previous and proven experience in early years delivery at an Outstanding level. Desirable A Relevant auditing qualification A previous Auditing position held Train the trainer qualification Essential Skills At least 2 years’ experience within the Early Years sector Ability to coaching and mentor others. Stronger communicator Ability to travel extensively across the business which on occasions may require a short stay away from home.
