SEN Teaching Assistant/Inclusion Support Worker - Primary Schools - Leeds (Supply)Are you passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives? We are working exclusively with a primary school in LS11 looking for an inclusion support worker or SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a supply role, however there may be an opportunity to go permanent with the school for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and group support for students with SEN, SEMH, and behavioural needs.Assist in the implementation of individual learning plans.Work closely with teachers and school staff to create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment.Help students with emotional, social, and academic development. Requirements: Experience working with children in an educational or care setting.Strong understanding of SEN, SEMH, and behaviour management.Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.Flexible and adaptable to different school environments.
