We pride ourselves on our professional approach and meticulous attention to detail. Job Description: We are seeking experienced and dedicated Painters and Decorators to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for their craft and a keen eye for detail. You will be working on an internal project on a large educational facility in the heart of Exeter. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling cracks and holes. * Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers. * Hang wallpaper and apply other decorative finishes. * Ensure all work meets the company’s quality standards and client specifications. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment. * Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator. * Excellent knowledge of painting and decorating techniques and materials. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. * Good physical condition and stamina. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * CSCS Proffered not essential * NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent is preferred but not essential
