The Role: As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and work closely with pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. You will assist with classroom management, lesson preparation, and the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with specific learning needs. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the learning and development of pupils across a range of abilities and ages. Assisting teachers in planning and delivering differentiated lessons. Providing one-on-one or group support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN). Encouraging and promoting positive behaviour in line with school behaviour policies. Supporting assessment and progress monitoring of pupils. Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for each pupil.About You: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who has: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification (or equivalent). Previous experience working in a primary or secondary school setting. Experience supporting pupils with SEN and/or behavioural needs is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A positive attitude and a passion for helping children succeed. The ability to work well as part of a team and independently. Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.Contact us today!
