Estimator

Konnect Recruit are looking for an Estimator for an established main contractor who work across a wide range of including Commercial, Defence, Education and Healtcare with projects up to £30M. Role and responsibilities: * Working as part of the pre-construction team * Reporting into the Estimating Manager * Liaising with sub contractors and suppliers to put together details estimates * Being involved in the handover process as and when jobs are won and go live Requirements: * Experience working for a main contractor * Construction background as either an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or project Manager * Good knowledge of JCT form of contract * Proficient in the use of Microsoft packages Salary and benefits: * Competitve Salary * Company car or car allowance * Benefits package If you are interested in this role please apply! * If you would like to discuss it further please contact Will at Konnect Recruit on (phone number removed)
