Job Description: As a Senior Creative Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences for their range of products and services. Your varied portfolio will showcase excellent branding, design, and creative campaign work. You will have expertise developing creative solutions and designing digital, brand and multi-channel campaigns. Responsibilities: Produce exceptional visual designs for websites, applications, and digital campaigns, ensuring every design adheres to our brand guidelines Collaborate with the development team to translate designs into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and refine user flows to enhance overall user experience Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to test and gather user feedback Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design patterns to continually improve our digital products Participate in cross-functional brainstorming and design sessions to ensure consistency and innovation across platforms Requirements: 4+ years demonstrable experience as a Creative Lead Experience in branding and brand campaigns Graphic design experience / Art direction experience Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma Agency experience Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices Solid portfolio showcasing knowledge in visual design, UX/UI, and digital projects Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously An eye-catching portfolio If you are an ambitious and motivated digital designer we want to hear from you.
