This role requires someone with a passion for digital marketing, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to manage multiple platforms effectively.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).Monitor and analyse the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.Engage with the online community, respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure brand consistency.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media.Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance.Report on social media metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and growth.Requirements:Proven experience on professional social media accounts. Strong knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creativity and a keen eye for visual content.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).Experience with paid advertising on social platforms is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:GCSEs or above.
