Hybrid working optional on completion of training Salary: £30,000- £40,000, depending on experience. To be discussed at interview. We specialise in the creation of design drawings for the UKs top mobile network operators, such as EE, O2, Vodafone and Three. With an innovative approach and a strong reputation in the industry, we deliver high-quality design solutions that drive the deployment of mobile infrastructure across the UK. Key Responsibilities: Lead the quality assurance process for CAD designs related to mobile telecoms infrastructure. Review and validate CAD drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance with project specifications, and adherence to industry standards. Collaborate with the design team to ensure a consistent and high standard of work is produced. Develop and implement QA procedures and checklists to streamline the CAD design process. Identify errors, inconsistencies, or potential issues in drawings and provide feedback to improve accuracy and efficiency. Liaise with clients to ensure designs meet their specifications and resolve any quality issues or concerns. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecoms design standards and mobile operator requirements. Train and mentor junior CAD staff on quality control best practices. Continuously improve QA processes by identifying opportunities for optimisation and implementing changes as necessary. Essential Criteria: Previous experience in CAD Quality Assurance within telecoms, engineering, or a similar industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good time management. Strong communication skills. Ability to work closely with internal teams and external clients. Previous experience in mobile telecoms design along with knowledge of telecoms design standards is highly desirable, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
