Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage a Tactical Supply Chain team, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services. * Oversee supply chain operations, ensuring smooth coordination between internal production facilities and external suppliers. * Optimise inventory management, controlling stock levels to meet business targets. * Drive process improvements through automation and lean techniques, enhancing team efficiency. * Collaborate with global supply chain teams to meet company-wide objectives. * Manage freight and logistics, ensuring cost-effective solutions and negotiating with freight providers. * Monitor KPIs to ensure on-time delivery, efficient inventory turnover, and minimized costs. Key Requirements: * Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement (electronic or FMCG environment preferred). * Proven experience in leading and managing small teams. * Strong knowledge of inventory management, purchasing, and logistics. * Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and supply chain software (e.g., Dynamics GP, PowerBI). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and manage supplier relationships.
