Lead Product Manager position with a fast-growing global platform!

This is an exciting chance to play a key role in the continued growth of a scaling product, taking full ownership of user acquisition, onboarding, and activation.

Salary: Up to £90k

Location: London (Remote-first, with occasional meetups in London/Brighton)

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead growth strategies to drive user acquisition and activation across organic, paid, referral, and other channels.
• Lead and optimise the end-to-end customer onboarding experience to ensure a smooth and engaging journey.
• Partner closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align on growth initiatives and improve user engagement.
• Run A/B tests, analyse user behaviour, and continuously refine onboarding flows to enhance activation and retention.
• Utilise data insights to shape improvements, reporting on growth metrics and performance outcomes.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and user-centric thinking within the team.

Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on growth, CRM, and user onboarding.
• Proven track record of success in SEO and customer acquisition strategy development.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, and Mode.
• Excellent leadership and project management abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.

Experience in travel, marketplace platforms, or subscription-based models is a plus!
