Stock Condition Surveyor

TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint Stock Condition Surveyors on a 12 MONTH contract starting on 14th OCTOBER in/around the Croydon/Wandle area to survey OVER 2500 properties. All surveys are carried out on a tablet device using asset management software. Outside IR35 role Paid Per Survey - Houses, Flats - Very Good Rates - £300 to £350 a day Over 2500 properties to be surveyed Properties located in/around the Croydon/Wandle area ID Badges, calling cards, large property lists provided and letter of authority for the door knocking properties. 12 MONTH CONTRACT - possible extension. Full time only - 4/5 days a week and around 50+ surveys to be completed weekly.Below qualifications are a MUST: A higher National Certificate (HNC) in a construction-related field, which is considered equivalent to the first year of a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree. An NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) Level 4 in a construction-based course, which is also equivalent to an HN (Higher National) Certificate.Alternatively, the first year of a Bachelor of Science( BSc) degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
