Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the D365 FO practice team of around 15 professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support. Oversee the delivery of D365 FO projects, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. Stay hands-on with D365 FO implementations, offering technical and strategic input to drive project success. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify solutions that align with business requirements. Develop and implement best practices within the team to enhance delivery and customer satisfaction. Contribute to the growth of the practice by identifying new business opportunities and supporting pre-sales activities. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in D365 FO and the wider Microsoft ecosystem. Skills and Experience: Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ideally in a consulting or managerial capacity. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and develop a team. Hands-on experience in D365 FO implementations, with a solid understanding of the technical and functional aspects. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work both strategically and hands-on, balancing leadership duties with technical involvement.
