Your Purpose as a Senior Quantity Surveyor: Account Management: Lead teams, promote collaboration, and create opportunities for career growth. Business Development: Expand the client base, access higher-margin work, and cross-sell services and locations. Project Leadership: Manage project teams, oversee portfolios, and ensure commercial accountability. Technical Leadership: Provide expert advice, broaden your legal and technical knowledge, and engage in training initiatives. Team Building & Management: Develop sector-focused teams and mentor junior colleagues.What You'll Bring: A proven track record of leading projects for UK public sector clients. Membership or active pursuit of membership with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or an equivalent recognized body. Extensive experience with common UK construction contracts, such as NEC, FIDIC, and JCT.
