Principal Marine Engineer

I am currently looking to speak with an experienced Principal Marine Engineer to join a client based in Hampshire.  Hybrid: 12 days per month to work remotely + 1 day carry over to next month. As such typically around 60% of time working remotely is available for individuals who wish to take advantage of this. Projects: Carbon Capture / Onshore /  Offshore / Hydrogen /  Renewables Key Responsibilities Lead the offshore design team, providing guidance on Marine Systems design. Establish internal workflows for assigned projects and plan team activities. Study and define optimal technical solutions for Marine Systems. Review and approve technical documentation produced by the team before issuance. Collaborate with immediate and wider teams. Liaise with other disciplines during project execution. Ensure awareness and correct application of pipeline design standards and company HSEQ policies. Understand naval and structural interfaces with marine systems.
