Early Years Assessor

Overview: Trainee Early Years Assessor Are you an Early Years professional with management experience, looking for more work/life balance? Essential - You must hold a Level 5 (or equivalent) Early Years qualification to be considered for this role. For unqualified assessors - at least 5 years' Early Years management experience to be considered for this position. Purpose of the role: Early Years Assessor You will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners (up to Level 5), including Functional Skills) both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Coaching and mentoring the learner through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualification. Full training and qualifications are fully funded and provided by the employer. Early Years Assessor: Essentials A minimum 5 years Nursery Manager experience A Level 5 (or equivalent) Early Years qualification UK driving license and use of own transport You will be based from Home, covering the Sheffield area A mixture of home working/remote and visiting learners in their place of work in Sheffield and the surrounding area Full Training and qualifications are funded and provided by the employerEarly Years Assessor: Salary and Expenses The role is full-time, permanent 40 hour working week, Mon-Fri, no unsociable hours or weekends Home based and flexible working - manage your own diary £29k - £34k annual salary - depending on experience Full travel expenses (paid from your doorstep) 28 days annual leave + BHs Excellent employee benefits package including Life Insurance, Dental, Health and more All equipment including laptop, mobile phone Further career opportunities with award winning, industry leading training organisation
