People make places, and places make people—The Campus is a place for you to build a life as well as a living.Job DescriptionAs Restaurant Manager, you are a catering customer experience professional.You will warmly welcome and engage our customers as they enter your space, ensuring they have an experience that is exciting, exceptional, and inspirational at all times.The Restaurant Manager will lead each shift and service, supporting your team as you work alongside them to deliver impeccable table and event service.As a role model for service excellence and physical appearance standards, you will bring resilience and approachability to the role.You enjoy being the center of attention, are a perfectionist when it comes to quality and service, and thrive on the responsibility of supervising a team.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganise and supervise all aspects of the restaurants daily shift and ensure all service points and food service hosts are looking their best and ready for business as requiredSupervise the process of preparing and delivering a high standard food and drink service and experience to our guestsEnsure the drinks offer is on trend and enticingEnsure the team members know their responsibilities for the shift, and support the team to achieve themPlan, organise & deliver all bespoke catering events held within in the BeaconOwn the restaurant bookings & reservation system, ensuring customer queries are responded to quickly and efficientlyPrepare and deliver daily service briefings that are informative, motivational, and inspiringProvide and support a clear line of communication between all team members, both FOH and BOHProfessional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsExperience of working in a good standard restaurant operationExperience in a high-end food service supervisory roleMust be IT literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to identify and resolve issues and challenges to meet and exceed the expectations of our clientPersonal license holder desirableThe CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
