Conference & Banqueting Supervisor

Conference & Banqueting Supervisor, required for a prestigious hotel, located in the outer Hatfield Heath area. Transport is required due to location and shifts. As Conference & Banqueting Supervisor, you will support the Conference & Banqueting Manager and the Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager, to deliver outstanding standards of service by ensuring the smooth day to day running of the C&B department, along with your team ensuring that guests are provided with the best service. We are seeking a candidate who possesses excellent team supervision and organisation skills along with a passion for service. This role may suit a candidate seeking progression from a team leader role or working currently in a similar role. As Conference & Banqueting Supervisor you will have: * Previous experience at a team leader / supervisory level from with C&B, Events and weddings operations department. * Good supervisory skills, along with a very hands on approach which is also essential. * You will assist your departmental manager and assistant manager with the development, training and coaching of your team to ensure standards are maintained. * You will also assist to ensure that superior customer service is delivered at all times by your team. * Candidates must be available for flexible shift patterns across 5 days including weekends. The salary for the Conference & Banqueting Supervisor is given as £27,040 / per annum / plus some service charge in addition. Transport is essential for this opportunity due to location.
