Key Responsibilities: Valuations and Payments: Prepare valuations and applications for payment. Cost Reporting: Create detailed cost reports for the client. Procurement Schedules: Develop and manage schedules for subcontract and material procurement. Account Administration: Handle the administration of subcontractor and supplier accounts. Contract Management: Administer contracts, including change management and maintaining associated registers. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Educational Background: Degree qualified. Industry Experience: Experience in the ground engineering or civil engineering sector. Eligibility: Must be eligible to work and live in the UK.
