Job Title: Site Manager Location: West Midlands, Staffordshire, Burntwood Job Type: Start date: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours  Primary Industry: Construction, New build housing Salary: £250 - £260 Per day Qualifications: SMSTS CSCS First Aid Driving Licence Skills: Traditional new build housing A medium-sized social housing developer is looking for an experienced Site Manager for cover in Burntwood. Job Duties: Oversee all operations on site Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Monitor progress and quality of work Communicate effectively with project stakeholders Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise Maintain accurate project documentation Required Qualifications: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Driving Licence Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of traditional new build housing processes Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to problem solve and make decisions under pressure Attention to detail and quality Preferred Qualifications: Additional Health and Safety certifications Working Conditions: This role involves working on a construction site, which may involve outdoor work and exposure to various weather conditions.  If yuo are interested in hearing more, call Chloe on (phone number removed)
