We are recruiting a HR Advisor role in a business that will offer great benefits and career development! The role will provide effective HR Advisory and administration to the business; assisting the HR People Manager in delivering the HR strategy.
Duties include:
Support, develop, and coach managers in matters of employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance issues, working with the Trade Union.
Providing guidance on HR policies and processes.
Supervise and oversee all matters related to the administration of employment records and related documents.
Supporting with HR Projects.
Delivery of induction training for new starters.
Assist with all aspects of recruitment and selection on site.
Primary contact for managers and employees across all people matters.
Maintaining data and management of the HRIS.
MI Reporting.
Skills Requirements:
Experience within a HR role, HR Advisory or Officer, within a busy working environment
Excellent understanding of employment law
Good understanding of employee relation matters
Exposure to Unions and TUPE
HR operational experience
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
