The role requires strong behaviour management skills to handle challenging situations effectively. A mentoring or tutoring background is desired, to help engage and motivate children. The School – SEN Teaching Assistant This SEN Primary School specialises in providing care for pupils aged 4 – 11 with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).
