Team Assistant Certain Advantage is hiring for a Team Assistant based in Shawbury. This role is on a contract basis and is office-based. The Company We're working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and separate Space and Defense division. Does this sound like your next career move? The Role: This role is for a Team Assistant -someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-orientated and driven to succeed. You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for: Co-ordinate ongoing training requirements Effectively manage and maintain workwear and PPE orders Process purchase orders, requisitions and vendor approval forms The Individual We're looking for people who can show: GCSEs including Maths and English European Computer Driving License (ECDL) Recognised qualification in Business Administration Ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of accounting practices, Google Workspace suite of business applications and SAP database softwareThe Benefits: Flexible working Training and DevelopmentDoes this sound like your next career move?
