Who We’re Looking For We’re now looking for a creative and ambitious Junior Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team. Our brand is bold, so be prepared for a limitless amount of creative possibilities. Your main focuses will be; design for digital outputs (CRM, website, paid social, organic social, OOH), design for offline outputs (inserts, direct mail, DTC packaging), creative ideation for new product and campaign launches and ad concepts along with supporting on campaign art direction. You’ll have an acute attention to detail, whilst brimming with creative ideas to push the boundaries of our creative to uncharted territories. A can-do attitude is absolutely fundamental to success in this position. Key Responsibilities Brand Identity & Guidelines: Support the development and refinement of Tonic’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Help maintain and update brand guidelines. Creative Ideation and Development: Creation of graphic design elements across the business; website, social organic and paid, CRM, brand, direct mail, packaging that adheres to Tonic Health's brand identity and guidelines and resonates with our audience. Creative Experimentation: Pushing the aesthetic and creativity of our visual identity through engaging design and concepts.  Paid Ads : Curation of paid social assets, both static and some video, ensuring they’re engaging and thumb-stoppingly on brand.  Packaging Design: Work on packaging design for new product launches, ensuring they reflect our brand ethos and stand out in the market. Research & Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform design work and maintain a fresh, innovative approach. Participate actively and confidently in meetings, presenting your design ideas and various design approaches to stakeholders and teams. Facilitate discussions around these options, ensuring alignment, informed decision-making, and collaborative refinement.  Skills & Experience While these qualifications are highly regarded, we appreciate the value of diverse experiences. You don't need all of them, but they could include: Creative Enthusiasm: A creative mind passionate about producing exceptional content that captures the essence of health and wellness. Bring fresh, creative ideas that will stand out.  Technical Skills: Proven experience in a design role, ideally within a consumer brand or agency setting. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in brand identity, packaging, and campaign design. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout. Adaptability: Openness to taking on new challenges and experimenting with different creative approaches. Strong Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders and ability to work with a remote team. Independent Work Ethic: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and consistently meet deadlines. Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Animation / illustration experience is a plus.
