M&A Vice President (Technology)

Pivot Search is currently seeking a Vice President (Technology) for a leading M&A firm in London.This firm operate nationally and focus on M&A mandates within the mid-market.This opportunity will be working on sell side deals across the Technology sector and will be involved in all aspects of the deal cycle. You will be working on mid-market deals and will be involved with the supervision of junior members of the team. The main responsibilities are to execute M&A assignments, develop client marketing materials, including confidential information memorandums and management presentations, in support of sale transactions. Manage due diligence activities and identify, build, and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with extensive sell side M&A experience, within the Technology sector who is seeking an opportunity to further progress their career.
