Duty Manager (Day)
Location: North London
Salary: £34,000
Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, 7AM - 7PM Key Responsibilities: The Duty Manager is responsible for the smooth daily operations of the development, serving as the primary contact for any incidents involving customers, staff, and visitors. You will manage resources, including staff and contractors, to ensure services meet the highest standards and all contractual obligations. You will also champion Health & Safety and embody the company s values.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage your team, maintaining high standards across the development. Participate in recruitment and development, ensuring all procedures and HR policies are followed.
  • Contractor Management: Oversee contractor management, using company systems to ensure contracts are implemented and contractor performance is monitored.
  • Asset Management: Support asset management tasks, ensuring planned maintenance and risk tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Mobilisation: Assist in the mobilisation process, coordinating with clients and internal teams to complete tasks thoroughly and on schedule.
  • Health & Safety: Champion health and safety, identifying and addressing risks, and ensuring high standards across the development.

Experience required
  • Previous experience in an estate manager, building manager or duty management position (or likewise)
  • Customer Service Experience Mandatory
  • Property Management Experience Preferred
  • A meticulous, dedicated and supportive individual.
  • Relevant Health & Safety training and qualifications (e.g., First Aider, IOSH) is preferred but will be provided if necessary.
