Inspire Resourcing are Recruiting for an Engine Inspector to join our well-established client based in Chesterfield.

Main duties:

• Record all information on the receipt of a warranted unit
• Compare supplied details to confirm the identity of the unit with the correct technical information, warranty information and customer details
• Collect all relevant customer failure information for analytical debate before the disassembly of the unit
• Plan inspection route to determine the best direction for root cause analysis
• Carry out technical analysis
• Present all relevant failure information for technical analysis by the technical team

Skills and Experience

• High level of Technical Automotive Education and qualification
• Extensive experience with Powertrain products, their operation and fitment
• Root cause analysis and investigational skills
• Team Player

Salary up to 30,000 DOE
