Role description:
Our Gosport based client are looking for a credible Logistics Manager with a proven track record of running all elements of a very busy fulfilment warehouse operation dealing with multiple customers.
The Logistics Manager will play a critical role in the profitability of the depot. Your goal will be to provide the best in customer excellence, ensuring the depot meets its customer and financial targets, helping to guarantee future sustainability and business growth.
You will be responsible for developing an efficient and effective team and creating a motivational and inspiring working environment which will help your staff reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will have an excellent appreciation of health and safety within the logistics/warehouse environment and be able to promote this effectively within teams.
