Recruitment is excited to partner Exclusively with a leading player in the Manufacturing world of precision tools for Metal machining.  Our client is seeking a Field Sales Engineer to directly collaborate with their customers in developing industry-specific machining solutions.   Job Title:      Field Sales Engineer Location:     Hybrid – Covering South East of England (Oxfordshire, Norfolk, Surrey, Hampshire, Wiltshire and Kent) Package:      £44,000 - £48,000 (DOE), Company Car, Private Healthcare, Life Assurance, Health Cash Plan   Role Summary: As the Field Sales Engineer you will develop the sales and profitability within the Southeast area, demonstrating a passion for Engineering excellence and customer service to aide our client’s expansion across the South of England.   Key Responsibilities: Prospecting for new business Sales calls Product training Customer support and analysis Process/Product recommendations   What Are We Looking For: HNC/HND or similar qualification in Mechanical Engineering Knowledge of Manufacturing processes and application of cutting tools Confident communicator with an analytical mindset Ability to create and execute plans and processes Strong interpersonal skills, inventiveness, creativity and good teamwork mindset Full UK driving licence   Your Impact: In this role, your customer-focused approach will drive sales outcomes but also shape the future strategies of our client’s operations in the Southeast of England.
