The Commissioning Home Manager will: Drive the occupancy of the home, recruit staffing team Ensure successful registration with CQC and maintain compliance. Build excellent relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in care quality and service delivery.Package and Benefits: The Commissioning Manager will enjoy: Annual salary of £70,000 to £80,000. Bonus scheme and performance bonus.
