As a Trainee Software Tester, you will work closely with the development and QA teams to help ensure the quality and reliability of software products. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and quality assurance. You will receive hands-on training and gain valuable experience in testing processes. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the execution of manual and automated test scripts to ensure product quality. * Identify, document, and report defects, and help track them to resolution. * Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure they are met. * Support the creation of test plans and test cases. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing process. Requirements: * Strong interest in IT/Tech, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills. * Excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset. * Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team. * Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies (advantageous but not essential). * Enthusiastic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
