AAT Lecturer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Day to day lecturing including: * Plan, prepare and deliver innovative learning, assessment and teaching * Develop learning and ILT materials to support and enhance the students’ learning, attainment, achievement, success and assessment of their work * Monitor individual students’, groups’ performance and identify appropriate support requirements * Attend regular course team meetings, assessment meetings and IV moderation meetings * Support the continuous development of the curriculum content and provision * Actively participate in course marketing, recruitment, attendance and retention * Undertake APL assessment, which includes claims for proxies * Assist with the annual programme, course review and evaluation process * Continually embed English and maths (ICT, functional, key and core skills) and employability into curriculum delivery, and identify appropriate assessment opportunities * Continuous development of own knowledge and skills, teaching practises and qualifications
