The Role:

• Job Title: Service Advisor
• Location: Cribbs Causeway, Bristol
• Hours: 40 hours per week, 1 in 3 weekends
• Salary: 27,000 to 32,000 + Bonuses & Overtime

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in the service department.
• Managing customer bookings, ensuring smooth and efficient service operations.
• Coordinating with the workshop team to ensure effective communication of customer needs.
• Providing detailed explanations of work carried out and associated costs to customers.
• Upselling additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining high standards of customer care, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive sector.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• A customer-centric mindset and the ability to upsell when appropriate.
