About you - As a Sous Chef, you will be a hands-on, proactive, and enthusiastic person, passionate about all things food and sustainability. Your Role Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant Proven ability to lead and inspire a large team Ability to stay calm under pressure Manage food and labour costs, including stock takes, to ensure profitability and budget targets are met. Continuously assess and improve kitchen processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
