Key Responsibilities: Oversee fire damper testing, fitting, and ductwork installation. Manage the workload and on-site coordination of the compliance team. Ensure all work meets regulatory health and safety requirements. Maintain and manage equipment, ensuring it is serviceable and up to standard. Act as the on-site point of contact for clients and ensure smooth project execution. Provide training and support to new operatives as required.
