Electrical Technician - Power Station Suffolk Circa £40,000 + Benefits (Monday to Friday) We are currently looking for an Electrical Technician or Engineer with Electrical Experience with relevant experience to work on a Monday to Friday basis within a Power Station in Suffolk. Alecto Recruitment are currently working with a Large Power Generation Company that have multiple facilities across the UK. Package Details Salary is around £40,000 a year. This role is worked on a Monday to Friday. This role will include a Bonus structure, Income Protection and more. This opportunity comes with a vast amount of training and a clear progression route within the company.Job Brief To support the Engineering Team with all Operational Electrical Engineering. During this role, you will be required to; Work alongside a shift team of skilled workers. Provide advice and expertise on the current running of the plant when requested. Comply with all health and safety to the highest standard. Monitor performance and standards on shift. Assist Management and Supervisors with plant running. Carry out preventative, responsive and pre-planned maintenance. Complete work on Controls Systems and PLC's. Use CMMS Systems to comply with existing site procedures.Requirements MUST hold either 17th or 18th Edition. Ideally hold an HNC, Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering. Should have completed an Apprenticeship within Engineering. Proven experience within Heavy Industrial Engineering. Experience within a Waste, Recycling, Power or Process plant Facility. Good understanding of Health & Safety and Controls Systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.The Person This role would suit an experienced person with experience within any Heavy Industry environment.
