Junior Sommelier - 33.5K - no weekends

Are you a Sommelier looking for a new opportunity where you can claim your weekends back while still remaining in the high-end dining location? THE JOB: Advise on wine pairing and being able to showcase own knowledge to the guests. Setting up for service and assistance with clearing duties. Day to day upselling and advising on the wine choice. Decanting fine wine. Strong knowledge of the onsite wine list. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Min. 1 year of experience as a Sommelier Strong attention to detail Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills. Can do attitude and ability to multitask. Experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel desirable.
