Our client owns bustling restaurants, award winning gastro pubs and dining rooms plus several festivals around London. Currently we are looking for Sous & Chef De Parties to join the team. Venues are located in Camden, Shoreditch and Brixton Reporting to the Head Chef, Chefs will be enthusiastic, passionate and knowledgeable about delicious fresh food and great service and looking for a long term career within this group. Any chefs who like to swap jobs every 6-12 months this job is not for you. The kitchen is a fast paced environment, where our Chefs will need to drive a high standard of execution and be committed to deliver consistent, beautiful dishes as part of Londons most unique dining experience.
