This newly created position has emerged due to the company's ongoing success in online sales and reflects the strategic importance of digital channels for future growth. Our client has achieved steady online growth without dedicated e-commerce expertise and is now looking for a dynamic sales professional to help drive their online expansion. The E-Commerce Manager will take full responsibility for the company’s e-commerce sites, managing and accelerating sales growth. You will work closely with a vibrant and motivated team, primarily based in the company’s Southwest London offices. Please note: This is an office-based role in Southwest London and not a home-based position. The Company Our client is a profitable, fast-growing supplier of hair and beauty products, located in Southwest London. Known for their innovative approach and vibrant company culture, they are well-positioned in the competitive FMCG space. The Package A tailored package will be designed to attract the ideal candidate for this E-Commerce Sales Manager role. The expected basic salary is between £40,000 and £50,000, depending on experience, plus additional benefits. The Person E-commerce sales experience is essential, with a proven track record in FMCG (Food, Non-Food) or consumer durables. Highly numerate with a solid understanding of ecommerce performance metrics. Creative mindset to support the development of fresh, engaging yet commercial digital initiatives. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Confident building professional relationships with a variety of people. A problem solver with a proactive, intuitive approach.
