Paint Technician

Job Title: Paint Technician Location: Blackpool Employment Type: Full-Time Up to £2000 SIGN ON BONUS!! (Terms & Conditions apply) Our Clients are seeking a skilled and dedicated Paint Technician to join there dynamic team. As a Paint Technician, you will be responsible for repainting accident-damaged vehicles to the highest standard. Your expertise will ensure that repairs are carried out accurately and efficiently, meeting insurance requirements and exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Carry out timely and accurate repairs in line with estimates and insurance company guidelines, contributing to maximising labour sales in the Bodyshop. Prepare and paint vehicles to a high standard, minimising rework and ensuring customer satisfaction. Use all products economically to reduce waste and control costs. Complete all work within the agreed time scales. Ensure all required documentation is completed to a high standard. Adhere to systems and procedures as defined by the Bodyshop Manager and company policies. Maintain compliance with Manufacturer and Insurer standards and requirements. Work effectively as part of the Bodyshop team and respond positively to requests from the Bodyshop Manager or Supervisor. Follow all relevant Health & Safety procedures. Requirements: Proven experience as a qualified Paint Technician with a track record of delivering high-quality work in fast-paced environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to work within agreed timeframes while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship. A positive team player with a proactive attitude. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Flexible working hours will be considered.
