Legal Cashier BCR/AK/11338 6 Month Contract- £(phone number removed) dependent on experience Lichfield Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is a small regional law firm based in Lichfield. They are looking for a temporary legal cashier to support with their accounts team whilst the incumbent is on medical leave. The Role: Preparing, checking, and processing invoices and bank payments Bank and ledger reconciliations Posting and paying disbursements Residual balance investigation Compliance reporting Supporting year end audit and accounts audit Providing support to fee earners by phone and email Assisting with the weekly Legal Aid statement Assisting with Deputy-ship payments and receipts The Ideal Legal Cashier will have: Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules Attention to detail and a self-starter Confident and a good positive attitude Can demonstrate initiative. Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task Good communication skills and ability to adapt to various levels of understanding Experience of adapting to different IT systemsInterested?
