Are you passionate about smoked meats and ready to showcase your skills in a fast-paced environment? Were seeking to recruit someone dedicated and skilled to train as a Pitmaster and join our team at Burnt Smokehouse restaurant. **Responsibilities:** - Smoke a variety of meats using a smoker. - Maintain food hygiene standards and ensure a clean working environment. - Work efficiently and multitask during shift to meet deadlines - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient team work . **Requirements, not essential but preferable - Proven experience as a Pitmaster or in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of smoking techniques and meat preparation. - Working with fire and cooking with wood. - Cutting and slicing meat - Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. - Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure setting. **Schedule:** - Shifts start at 6 AM, Wednesday to Sunday.
