This role offers the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the German market, with regular travel to Germany to meet clients, candidates, and stay ahead of market trends. Key Responsibilities: * Sourcing Talent: Identify and engage with high-caliber candidates for roles across Germany using a variety of sourcing methods. * Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Germany, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions. * Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics in Germany to provide clients with valuable insights. * Travel: Regular travel to Germany for client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
