Due to continued business growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic and dedicated Central Claims team in Doncaster as a Call Handler. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about providing our customers with an expert and personal experience, making it clear the things they value are in safe hands with Steer Automotive Group. ​ About the Role ​You will be working in our Central Claims contact hub, based at our Doncaster site, supporting our customers in a variety of different ways, operating across our phone system and through email. ​You will be responsible for: * Delivering a fast and efficient service to insurers and customers. * Ensuring accurate administration of customer files, whilst building a genuine rapport. * Handling telephone and email enquiries within the contact hub. * Efficiently deploying claims based upon a geographical area. * Working to targets to achieve team and individual goals.​ ​ ​About You In order to excel as a Customer Service Advisor in our Central Claims team, you will have: * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * The ability to multitask. * Good organisational skills. * The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. ​A professional telephone manner is also essential for this position, as is the ability to communicate effectively via email. You will be a team player, as well as be able to work individually to achieve daily targets.
